Animal Allergies

It is estimated that there are 78 million dogs and 85.8 million cats owned in the U.S.  Animal/pet allergies are very common and affect more than 3 million people in the US. This is the most relatively common type of allergy and can occur more often in people with asthma and can also fun in your family (genetically).

Those of us who have pet allergies are all too familiar with its symptoms of sneezing, runny or stuffy nose, coughing, watery and red and itchy eyes and some people even develop skin rashes or hives.   Pet allergies can make it difficult for people to own a pet and if they own a pet, they may suffer from the symptoms if not properly treated.

The best way to manage and treat pet allergies would be to avoid being around dogs and cats and if you do have a pet at home we suggest limiting your exposure to your pet.  Often times people need nasal sprays, antihistamines or bronchodilators to help relieve their symptoms.   Another highly effective way to minimize household contaminated air as a result of pet and pet dander is to purchase an Airfree Air Purifier.

An Airfree Air Purifier is an natural solution for asthma, mold, respiratory allergy and contaminated air due to pet dander and pets.  It is maintenance free and by running an Airfree Air Purifier in your home, you will destroy even the smallest of airborne microorganisms.  Airfree uses its unique ceramic heating chamber without any ozone being used. An Airfree air purifier destroys airborne allergens such as all types of fungus, including those from dust mite feces, mold spores, and most pollutants in the air.  Airfree safely and effectively cleans the indoor air allowing your pet to breath fresh, clean air!

As always we recommend consulting with your physician should you experience any/all of these symptoms for a correct diagnosis.
