- Don’t hang up clothing and bedding outside. As delightful as sun-dried clothing is, pollen can attach to them and worsen symptoms.
- Avoid doing yard work during peak times. Look into your local area to know when pollen is at its peak.
- Ask your doctor about over-the-counter allergy medications or if you may need a stronger prescription depending on the severity of your allergies.
Seasonal allergies can be a frustrating problem but with a few simple adjustments, you can go about enjoying the beautiful spring weather.
